Founded in 1983, Jorda Mechanical Contractor has been providing H.V.A.C. services to the South Florida region with offices in Miami and Tampa.  Our mechanical contracting services include CAD design, Revit & 3D BIM modeling for our project’s coordination and shop drawings.  Our team’s commitment is to provide a quality final product on time.

 

Our professional team is involved throughout all phases of a project, from design development through turn over to Ownership. Our service and warranty department handles any issues that a project has after completion.  Jorda is also diverse in their range of projects.  Our portfolio ranges from: Schools, Office Buildings, Luxury Hi-Rise Condominiums to Low Income Rental Housing.
