ASTORIA
An iconic high-rise development in Downtown Miami, combining luxury hotel and residential condominium spaces. The project features a water-cooled VRF system for levels 1–30 and a condenser water system for levels 30–91, supporting efficient HVAC performance throughout the tower.

WORLD CENTER
600 Miami Worldcenter is part of the larger Miami Worldcenter, one of the city’s most significant mixed-use developments. Located in the heart of Downtown Miami, it contributes to a rapidly evolving district that brings together residential, retail, hospitality, and entertainment spaces, featuring a condenser water system as part of its HVAC design.
