Second Office Opens in Tampa, FL

February marked the one year anniversary of opening Jorda's Tampa office location. The Tampa Bay area is booming with new construction and Jorda Mechanical was awarded by Coastal Construction the Tampa Water Street Block "C" project. Block "C" is the flagship residential project for the Strategic Property Partners for Waterside Development. Following the growing market and meeting the high demand for quality mechanical contractors, Jorda decided to open a second office in Tampa.

Spearheaded by Jorge E. Guisasola, Daniel Guisasola and Fernando Lopez the office is located in Madison Business Park complex. Spacious offices along with a large warehouse for storage and being centrally located provided a perfect fit. Fernando Lopez, Project Manager and key superintendents from our Miami office, Michael Gonzalez, Alain Nieto and Frank Martinez all relocated to Tampa to maintain our quality control and attention to detail.
